    This could also be an entity with integrated services of both Hapag and UASC but will have to wait for the June 2 meeting of UASC to find out what will happen.

      I heard that UASC will acquire Hapag with their oil money. all press say hapag and uasc become a combination organization. after vote on 2nd of June, it will be chaged.

        Thanks for your comment, joshep. I doubt UASC will end up with a majority stake in the combined entity, although I have no doubt that UASC will want to retain more than 28%.
