Quikjet takes to the Indian skies as Sovika eyes cargo opportunities

Quikjet Cargo, the ASL-owned Indian operator, has finally taken to the skies. As reported in The Loadstar last year, aviation company Sovika had been in the market for an aircraft – and it looks like it has now found one. While Quikjet has been hoping for integrator work in India, network “dithering” by the majors had left it without a regular customer. Now, however, it has finally taken to the skies with one 737-400SF – and is expected to take on another aircraft this year.
