    My sis works in IBM NFE. Won’t say exactly where. I’ve heard that IBM has really retarded ways of dealing with workers. For example they have some kind of weird policy to cut costs by 5% each year. That’s understandable for a corporation. But when they cut money on their staff forcing them to work more for less, while not giving them any courses related with programs they use = bad things start to happen.

    I’ve made a vow to never work in corporation. You earn low, you work like a slave and in the end you are threated like a dog. I really hope IBMs greed won’t backfire on low-profile workes like my sister, just cause they have to make some more cuts due to their fuck-ups…
