The Cargolux-HNCA deal was supposed to herald a new era for the European all-cargo carrier, but according to CargoForwarder, a report that it commissioned from German strategy consultant Roland Berger found that the joint-venture is faced with losses for the next five years, and operate for the following five years at break-even.
