After the apparent failure of its talks to buy US freight service provider UTi Worldwide last year, Danish 3PL DSV today reported its fourth-quarter and full-year results, and reiterated its desire for more takeover action. While its air and sea freight forwarding divisions showed continued growth, its road transport division remained week and its Q4 earnings disappointed analysts.
