Xpediator has gone through a period of rapid expansion by acquisition over the past three years and now has over 940 employees across 10 different European countries.
It said the new role “has been established to integrate the group’s workforce and create a centralised HR function”.
Xpediator chief executive Stephen Blyth said: “I am delighted to welcome Charlotte to the group. We have grown rapidly over the last three years and Charlotte’s arrival will be key to us ensuring we offer a well-structured and modern working environment for everyone within the enlarged business.”
Ms Bennett most recently worked as HR director for Al Futtaim Construction in the Middle East and has also had roles at London Overground and Heathrow Airport.
“I am excited to be joining Xpediator after recently relocating to England from Dubai. I am looking forward to developing my understanding of the business, getting to know its employees and hopefully share some of my best practice to support the success of the business going forward,” she said.
