Associated British Ports has appointed Angela Morgan as its general counsel and company secretary, completing the creation of its new executive leadership team.
Ms Morgan has been with ABP since 2008, most recently as senior solicitor. Before that, she worked at leading law firms in London and New Zealand.
Henrik Pedersen, ABP chief executive, said: “We are delighted Angela has taken up this new role, having already made a significant contribution to ABP over her years of service.”
