    The real challenge for logistics planners over the next few years is going to be this transition period where the rules are still in flux. It’s hard to invest in long-term fleet upgrades or fuel-efficient tech when the regulatory landscape feels like a moving target. It definitely makes the case for more resilient, agile supply chains that can pivot quickly as these carbon costs eventually start to bake into the freight rates.
