We originally thought this might be an April Fool – but we double-checked, and it is indeed winter here in the northern hemisphere, not April. Which makes the thought of moving safely across icy surfaces fill most of us with dread. UPS has come up with an innovative solution: it is using a penguin to help it train its staff to deal with slippery surfaces.
