TNDM Trucking founder Eva Leckaitė-Končanina returns as director

Eva Leckaitė-Končanina (above) has been named as director at TNDM Trucking, the transport division of Lithuania’s Girteka Group.

Ms Leckaitė-Končanina first joined Girteka in 2010, leading the sales department, later overseeing the entire sales business, during which the company generated over €200m in revenue.

In 2016, she co-founded TNDM Trucking and saw sales hit the €30m mark within its first two years.

However, she then was named CEO of new trucking firm JCargo, founded in early 2024.

Girteka Group CEO Edvardas Liachovičius welcomed her return, saying: “Eva knows our business and culture exceptionally well, she is one of the founders of TNDM Trucking, and her track record speaks for itself.

“She brings back even broader international experience and strong motivation to grow the company.”

Ms Leckaitė-Končanina added: “I believe great results are achieved when we think about the value we create for our clients, colleagues, and partners in our daily decisions.

“I am excited to return to Girteka and work with the team to make TNDM Trucking a European leader in dedicated transport,” she added.

She succeeds Andrius Ivašauskas, who will continue his career within the group as director of owned fleet operations at Girteka Logistics, where he will oversee transport management and planning, as well as intermodal operations.
