“French forwarder Bansard is in talks to acquire ASL Airlines France, according to sources in France close to the deal. ASL France, part of Ireland-headquartered ASL Aviation Holdings, was acquired by European fund manager Star Capital Partnership in a deal which closed this month.” – The Loadstar, 24 June 2019.
