Miami-based Ryder System has acquired e-commerce logistics operator MXD Group in a $120m deal. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the deal includes 109 MXD fulfilment warehouses across North America. Furthermore, the acquisition leaves Ryder with a network covering more than 95% of the US and Canada. One to watch.
