Of all the key aspects that drove Amazon’s numbers released last week – boosting its market cap by $190bn overnight*, after a difficult stint – one side (8-K) dish served between Thursday and Friday alongside its 10-K SEC filing (annuals) surely deserves a word, although it may not have been a direct performance ’catalyst’ for AMZN stock.
