OIA Global has appointed Dale Pearce as head of global products, as the company looks to further integrate its logistics services offering.
Mr Pearce brings more than 20 years’ experience in global air and ocean logistics, spanning product strategy, freight forwarding, and commercial execution.
He most recently served as global head of airfreight at OIA, a role he has held since February 2022, leading the company’s global air freight strategy.
Mr Pearce joined OIA in 2018 as UK general manager before taking on the role of EMEA air product manager and transformation lead in 2020.
Prior to OIA, he was general manager UK at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, and earlier in his career at IJS Global, he held a number of roles including UK healthcare logistics manager, pharmaceutical logistics manager and export manager.
In his new role, Mr Pearce will oversee OIA’s global product function, with responsibility for strengthening collaboration between air and ocean product leadership. The company said the move was designed to ensure global freight services were executed with greater clarity, consistency and scale.
The appointment forms part of OIA’s broader strategy to deliver more integrated logistics services, while maintaining close alignment between product, operations and commercial teams worldwide.
