MINT reports that Amazon is in talks to buy more than 51% in logistics unicorn Ecom Express Ltd for $500-600m as the e-commerce company aims to build an in-house logistics unit “to catch up with its rivals” in the country.

India’s Ecom Express is “already among the many delivery partners of Amazon India”, which, in contrast to its rivals, doesn’t boast a logistics division, MINT added…
