Lufthansa Group reported third-quarter net profit of €1.42bn, up 79%, but its cargo arm continues to suffer and saw nine-month revenues decline 15.9%, leaving an operating loss of €69m. Signs leading to a good fourth quarter, as CargoForwarder points out, will not be enough to significantly bolster its full-year figures. The carrier will ground one MD-11F after Christmas, it said.
