Lufthansa subsidiary Time:Matters has appointed Lars Krosch as its new managing director and chief operating officer.
Mr Krosch is an internal appointment and will move into this new role from his previous one as vice president of sales and product development.
A Time:Matters veteran, he has been with the company, now under the wings of Germany’s flag carrier, since 2009, in a variety of managerial positions.
Chief executive Alexander Kohnen welcomed the appointment, describing Mr Krosch as a “trusted” member of the team.
“I am very pleased to have a trusted and experienced partner at my side who has known our industry and Time:Matters very well for many years,” said Mr Kohnen. “Together we will continue the extremely successful growth path of recent years, which he has helped to shape in the long term.”
Mr Krosch takes over from Andreas Vetter, who held the job on an interim basis.
