According to the BBC, fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has blamed DHL for problems in its supply chain which have led to numerous closures across the UK after the contact to supply its franchises and owned-restaurants was transferred from Bidvest to DHL. The disruption to the flow of chicken products has been termed “teething problems” associated with the implementation of software developed by the firm Quick Service Logistics.
