Hyperloop is coming to Europe. Or, a 320-metre test track near the French city of Toulouse is. Due for completion later this year, the move sees HyperloopTT – Hyeprloop One’s closest competitor – mount its first foray into the European market. The Institution of Mechanical Engineers says plans are afoot for a 1km test track to follow next year. Once up and running it would not only be the first HyperloopTT circuit in Europe, but the first European hyperloop system anywhere.
