May 01, 2020 at 3:25 amIt’s not necessary “to reduce the cost base”. Well, it goes to show you that DSV could not care less about their people. They aren’t “people”, they are simply a “cost base”.

May 01, 2020 at 8:31 amas a DSV employee it makes me sad. Seeing the results and the layoffs of so called “loyal employees”.
Haven’t heard anything about cuts of pay for management as a good example.
it is showing that DSV i same as the other companies and the welfare of the stake holders is more important that hard work of the loyal employees
shame, shame, shame

May 01, 2020 at 7:44 pmIt was on the cards coming bit by bit. Already some African countries offices are closed. The competitors will now take over. Wonder why buy out companies then shut down offices

May 02, 2020 at 7:34 pmAs a DSV employee all we are not expecting this news. This will have an impact on good will as well as people will absolutely will knock the door of court where there governments has announced that no company can layoff its employees during the pandemic era. Very shamefull approach by the decision makers who are taking care of external stakeholders instead of internal assets. All so called loyal employees are still working 24/7 from their home by utilising their own resources who deserve extra compensation as other companies are giving for the welfare of the employees. But DSV wants to layoff 3k employee.
