Lindsey Jalil (pictured) has become managing director commercial for Delta Cargo.
She replaces Kristin Colvile, who was appointed chief executive officer and managing director for SkyTeam Alliance on Sunday, in turn replacing Perry Cantarutti, who returns to Delta as senior vice president alliances.
Ms Jalil’s role will incorporate alliances, distribution, marketing and communications, products, technology, reporting and revenue management.
She has been at Delta since 2005 and, most recently, was managing director of the operations analysis performance team. She has also worked in cargo, in 2009 she was cargo manager – revenue forecasting during the Delta Northwest merger.
“Lindsey’s strong analytical skills will continue the commercial team’s momentum by championing enhanced reporting tools and technology, as well as the introduction of new industry leading products and services,” said Shawn Cole, Delta Cargo vice president.
“She joins the team at an exciting time as Delta continues to grow its foothold and network internationally, and build closer collaboration with our global partners.”
