Some €280m has been lost at Air France during the two-week pilot strike. But it has finally ended – just as a strike at Lufthansa begins. No long-haul services will operate out of Frankfurt tomorrow between 8am and 11 pm, except freighter flights, although long-haul  services out of Munich and Dusselfdorf will operate normally.

Back in France, no agreement has been reached, but the pilots were facing dwindling support and increasing pressure to go back to work.
