Good news for both Tiaca and Kenya. The country’s airport authority (KAA) is adopting Tiaca’s Cargo Service Quality tool. KAA told Daily Nation that the airport already had a quality assessment for passengers, but wanted something similar in cargo – which is being offered by Tiaca.

“We wanted to gauge how cargo is handled, and how you measure the services given,” said Evans Michoma, acting commercial manager KAA.
