Air Canada has become the first IATA CEIV certification for the transport of live animals. Stat Times reports the carrier has successfully completed the programme, which launched in March. IATA introduced the programme as a way of enforcing a similar level of care for the transport of animals that its pharma certification provides for healthcare products.
