Bonn, May 25, 2016: DHL Global Forwarding, the air and ocean freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group revamps its DHL Airfreight Plus service and increases its total reach to 54 countries by integrating Moscow and Russia’s major cities into the product’s network. The air freight solution provides customers with intra-European or intra-Asian door-to-door air transportation for cargo up to two tons. Businesses have access to more than 11,000 daily departures across Europe and Asia carried out by DHL’s owned fleet as well as commercial carriers. So far, customers can pick between 31 European and 22 Asian destinations. Integration of Moscow and Russia’s major cities to the network will complete by mid-year 2016 with further expansion into Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) by end of year.
