Merger and acquisitions activity in the logistics sector continued over the weekend, with Korean firm CJ Korea Express confirming in a regulatory stock exchange filing that it has been named as the preferred bidder to buy Rokin, in a deal said to be worth $420. Two other bidders are also understood to be in the frame.
