And still the cartel cases rumble on. Six airlines have agreed to settle a claim in Australia that has taken seven years to reach fruition, for $35.4m. Although approval is still needed from the Australian Federal Court in June, the class action brought by businesses which bought air freight space between 200 and 2006, seems finally set to end.
