David Wystrach has left Flexport to join Scan Global Logistics as global head of airfreight, taking over from Rickard Ingvarsson, who will focus on his role as Asia chief executive.
Mr Wystrach, who was at Flexport for just under two years following a 14-year career at Panalpina, started his new role on 1 May, based in Frankfurt. Mr Wystrach will report to Mads Drejer, global COO.
Mr Drejer said: “We are expanding our global product structure to cope with the massive growth we are experiencing. As a first priority, focus will be on how we ensure a seamless interaction between country, regional and global stakeholders with full focus on the customer side.”
