Warren Jones, head of IATA’s Cargo Network Services (CNS), has stepped down with immediate affect just two years after taking the job. As Flying Typers reports here, his tenure had appeared to be a successful one and the news has taken the industry by surprise. No reason for his sudden departure has been given. But Mr Jones told FT: “The only sadness is that I will no longer be working with some very fine people, including the CNS Advisory Board. In my estimation, the CNS staff are among the best…”
His LinkedIn page states that Mr Jones is now “looking for the next adventure”.
