From the early days of my career as a software developer, to years as an end-user of logistics software at companies like DHL and Ceva, and even digital forwarders like Flexport, I’m keenly aware of the operational considerations that make software truly useful for logistics professionals.

The platform should also adapt to different service types and segments to deliver the speed and scalability customers expect in 2026.
The most successful logistics teams I’ve seen use technology and automation to increase their efficiency and profitability. Choosing a new platform doesn’t have to feel like a gamble or a risk to human relationships. It’s an opportunity to transform and digitise your business.
