After a recent exchange with New York-based market sources, I ended up taking a close look at the prospects of a few distressed logistics assets in the 4PL arena – takeover targets a la Ceva Logistics (pre-IPO), but smaller than Ceva – where many agree deal-making could be on the up in the next 18 months.
Among all, Neovia Logistics stood out – in fact, it has been looking for strategic options for some time, given that its PE owners want out.
