’It’s all M&A talk show, not opera’ I wrote last week with regard to the divestment of Germany’s DB Schenker (DBS) by parent Deutsche Bahn.

Wondering when I ought to book my front row ticket, and whether I should prepare to uncork the champagne as soon as Q4 23, I asked around in our marketplace if this M&A masterpiece in the making is indeed expected to be announced within 10 weeks or so.
