For years, Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) was the benchmark for execution in global forwarding – a company built on local entrepreneurship, strict accountability, and a culture that competitors tried (and largely failed) to replicate. Investors used to reward that model with a premium, if you talked to them… liking a lot a few key executives that were part of the management board. One above all.
