How Indian cold chain logistics company ColdEX pulls in $30 million

Fascinating story of one of India’s indigenous cool chain logistics firms, and how it has grown up over the last 15 years, migrating from being a simple trucking company to an integrated supply chain operation that has 825 reefer trucks, 1,500 drivers and is investing in 40 scooters to access inner city destinations. It has a rollcall of genuine blue-chip clients and has seen revenues grow by about 35% a year  to INR200 crore (slightly over $30m) in an industry estimated to be worth INR12,000-15,000 crore a year.
