DHL is to acquire Air Hong Kong’s eight A300-600 freighters, but will lease them back to the carrier under an extension of the agreement the integrator reached with Cathay Pacific after selling its 40% stake in AHK. Air Cargo World reports the altered deal takes effect from 1 January 2019 and will run until 2033. Once in effect, DHL will see its access gradually increase in flexibility.
