Dachser has bought a majority stake in its Irish partner, Johnston Logistics, a warehousing and hazmat specialist. A family-run business, it is based in Dublin with depots in Cork and Limerick and saw revenue of €24m last year. It will rebrand as Dachser over the summer, allowing the German company to boost its north-west European operations in an “exciting opportunity”, said the company.
