Cosco has accused Greece of quietly changing the terms of the deal for its purchase of Piraeus port. The terms were submitted to the Greek parliament on Tuesday, but Cosco said key elements of the planned deal had been revised. Reuters saw a letter sent by Cosco, which said the plan “is a complete reverse of what was agreed”. Apparently the government is “looking into it”.
