The recent signing of free-trade agreement between Chile and China and problems in salmon supplies out of Norway are predicted to lead to a boom in salmon exports out of Chile to China, according to this report from seafoodsource.com, which adds that Chilean trade representatives in China will begin promoting the country’s lobster products this year.
