Some global corporations really do wield considerable power. That may seem like a fairly self-evident statement, but The Coolstar was astonished to learn that fast-food chain McDonald’s on its own accounts for 10% of Irish beef exports. This interesting interview with the head of its European supply chain looks at some of the initiatives the company is involved in.
