APM Terminals and Colombia-based port and terminal operating company Compañia de Puertos Asociados SA (Compas) have finalised the incorporation of Cartagena Container Terminal Operator (CCTO), a joint-venture to manage and operate Compas’s multipurpose facility in Cartagena. APMT will hold a 51% share in the operation, which includes annual throughput capacity of 250,000 teu and 1.5 million tons of general cargo.
