FIATA outlines position on WCO Customs - Tax Cooperation Guidelines

FIATA agrees that cooperation and exchange of information between customs and tax authorities is indeed important area and the principle of customs/tax authority collaboration is already in place in most jurisdictions all over the world, however the process can become more efficient by an effective use of digitized relevant information which is often already there.
