It seems fitting to post this on the day that British Airways received its first Boeing 787-9. The manufacturer has published a time-lapse video of the making of the aircraft – and it was surprisingly interesting. You realise what a mammoth task building an aircraft is, and so why production schedules always seem to be so slow. Worth a watch, if you have four minutes on a Friday afternoon.
