Is near-sourcing starting? Lenovo is apparently considering moving some of its manufacturing to Germany, to shorten its supply chain and end shortages in Europe. The manufacturer currently has factories in China, India and Mexico ? but whether labour costs are too high for its European dream is still a matter for debate.
