Get past the overly long definition of what makes a perfect storm – or better, still, watch the final couple of minutes of the film, helpfully included in a YouTube clip – and there is an interesting “storm warning” of a looming human resources crisis in the supply chain industry, as droves of Baby Boomers begin to retire against a backdrop of rising industry demand for trained managers and shrinking supply of new talent.
