Just less than five months since the Russia-Ukraine war began, Swiss forwarder Kuehne + Nagel has completed the sale of its operation in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The deal’s value is undisclosed.
As previously flagged in our Premium coverage last month (read this) the acquirer is led by a Kuehne + Nagel veteran via a management buyout.
