Danish ro-ro and ferry operator DFDS announced its latest bolt-on acquisition this week as it agreed to buy 100% of the equity of compatriot ICT Logistics, a freight forwarder in which it had held a 19.9% stake since 2006.
The price tag was not disclosed – although it’s fair to assume it was a very small deal given a) ICT revenues in 2020 amounted to DKr260m ($41m) and b) the announcement didn’t even merit a regulatory news release on the Nasdaq Nordic.
