Toll Group – on the mend? Really?
Not too bad but classic ‘wait and see’ story
I was recently asked why the Toll story had gone on “radio silence” mode and, by pure coincidence, sources flagged the side news below:
“LOGOS recently completed facility upgrades for Toll Group at Monier Square, Villawood NSW. The sale and lease back arrangement included 7,000sqm of container rated hardstand and minor building works. The remaining 11.3 hectares at 246 Miller Road will be developed on a speculative basis accommodating 3,000 – 25,000sqm tenancies with a completion date of Q2 2021.”
