Here comes the rain again
This interesting but slightly alarming New York Times article looks at China’s economy – and says that depending on which economist you favour, the outlook could go one of two ways. But the author, the much-respected Tyler Cowen and a non-Keynesian, prefers the gloomier picture – which suggests that 30 years of very rapid growth can only end in tears.
