I felt blessed today when two of my most senior sources in ocean freight shared their insightful views on the latest development of booking platforms for shippers, agreeing that the latest aggressive moves by Flexport – including its $1bn funding round; product launches; and broader marketing strategy – is an opportunity just too good to pass up for market leader Kuehne + Nagel (K+N), which in mid-April launched KN Pledge.
