Yet more takeover activity among 3PLs, as deal-hungry Radiant Logistics has agreed its third purchase this year. This time Minneapolis-based Cooper Logistics joins the Radiant family, as the company continues its strategy of building a nationwide network through buying smaller operations. And while there might be potential weaknesses, it has worked for the company and its shareholders so far, as our recent analysis shows, and chief executive Bohn Crain (pictured) said Radiant would continue to search out other opportunities
